Grantray-Lawrence Animation was an animation studio that produced The Marvel Super Heroes and the first season of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends
History
The company was founded in 1954. It's name is a combination of the three founders Grant Simmons, Ray Patterson, and Robert Lawrence.
It went bankrupt in 1967. It's distributor Krantz Films took over production of its active projects.
It also produced a failed pilot called Planet Patrol as well as the series Max, the 2000-Year Old Mouse and Rocket Robin Hood.
