Giganto was a normal whale that was mutated into a monster by Gamma Ray.
Biography[]
After losing a fight with with Human Torch, Gamma Ray sank to the bottom of the ocean. On the ocean floor, Gamma Ray found a sleeping whale and used his radiation powers to mutate the whale into a monster that he called Giganto. Gamma Ray and Giganto then attacked New York City. When Giganto fell asleep Thing placed a bomb inside Giganto and when it exploded it killed it.
