George Walton Lucas Jr. (born May 14, 1944) is a filmmaker who was going to produce the unmade Howard the Duck animated movie.
He is most well known as the creator of the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, creator of Lucasfilm.
Biography[]
He wrote and directed THX 1138, American Graffiti, Star Wars, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. He has been credited with creating Star Wars in every single film, series, game, and game.
As a writer his works include Captain EO, Willow, and the Indiana Jones franchise.
As a producer his works include Kagemusha, Body Heat, Labyrinth, Howard the Duck, Captain EO, Willow, The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles, The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones, as well as the Star Wars franchise.
As an actor he has appeared in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Hook, Beverly Hills Cop III, Men in Black, Just Shoot Me, Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, and Robot Chicken.
He was mentioned in the Iron Man episode "Rejoice! I Am Ultimo, Thy Deliverer".
