Eugenie Ann Francis (born May 26, 1962), credited as Genie Francis, is an actress who played Betty Ross in the first six episodes, before being replaced by Philece Sampler, and Rose Erak on The Incredible Hulk.
She is married to The Super Hero Squad Show and Guardians of the Galaxy actor Jonathan Frakes and have two children together.

She is most known for playing Laura Spencer on the soap opera General Hospital, earning her a Daytime Emmy Award. She appeared in other soap operas including Diana Colville in Days of Our Lives, Ceara Connor Hunter in All My Children, and Genevieve Atkinson in The Young and the Restless.
