Gargantus was an android that was created by an unknown alien race. These aliens had visited Earth 80,000 years ago and designed the android to look like a Neanderthal-like cave men whom they had previously encountered. Gargantus was sent to Earth to lead a takeover but was stopped by Iron Man.
