Franklin Wendell Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an actor who played H.E.R.B.I.E. and Impossible Man on Fantastic Four; Iceman, Ms. Lion, Flash Thompson, and Sam Blockbuster on Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends; Toad, and Lockheed on "Pryde of the X-Men"; Ice Demons, and Dark Elves, additional animal voices on The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and Odin on Avengers Assemble.
He also voiced Shmoo on Fred and Barney Meet the Shmoo, the series that followed after Fred and Barney Meet the Thing.
