Julie Bennett (born January 24, 1932; died March 31, 2020) was an actress who played Aunt May on fourth and fifth seasons of Spider-Man, following the death of Linda Gary. She also played an old woman on the 2000 Spider-Man video game.

During the 2020 coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, Bennett acquired the disease. On March 31st, she passed away following complications at the age of eighty-eight. The only survivors were Carol, Nick, and Mark Scroggs who were her friends and "mutually adopted family."[1]
