The Drake Missile Base is a military base operated by the United States of America.
History[]
Little is known about the history of the base. It held nuclear missiles in silos. Magneto attacked the base hoping to launch the missiles. The X-Men, composed of Cyclops, Storm, and Wolverine, stopped him.
Background[]
The base is original to the series though based on Cape Citadel, where the original X-Men had their first mission and first Magneto.
