A bio-conversion device is a device used to convert living matter from one form to another.
Mandarin used one such device to convert the Russian crew of the Prometheus into radioactive zombies. Hypnotia hid aboard the submarine and planted the device. She then cut a hole in the hub and left. The device activated and covered the crew in a strange substance. Over the next year the substance converted the crew. A year later the device exploded and the crew woke up. After being defeated by Force Works Century undid the effects of the device and returned the crew to normal.
