Scarlet Spider[]
In the trivia section it states that Spider-Man was dressed in Scarlet Spider's costume but how do we know this really isn't Ben Reilly? Scarlet Spider only appeared for a few seconds on the Fantastic Four and didn't speak. It is also stated in this article that it is unknown if this episode takes place in the Spider-Carnage universe. Let me explain how I think the Scarlet Spider in this episode could be Ben Reilly and take place in the main universe. In both the main universe and the Spider-Carnage universe, Miles Warren got a sample of Spider-Man's DNA. If you remember Dr. Warren got the main Spider-Man's DNA from a torn piece of his costume at the end of The Return of Hydro-Man Part 2. Dr. Warren also got some of Spider-Man's DNA in the alternate reality. It is very possible that these are two totally different versions of Scarlet Spider. One in the main universe and one in the Spider-Carnage universe. What do you think ARTaylor?Brandonbaker01 (talk) 03:26, July 12, 2016 (UTC)
- That's an interesting theory. However, "Among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected." It could be Ben. But Miles would have to have successfully cloned Peter, that clone would become Ben, and Ben would become Scarlet Spider just like the Spider-Carnage Universe. Another possibility is that it is Peter using a different costume. Neither is supported by Spider-Man, Spider-Man Unlimited, or Fantastic Four. But the costume change requires less assumptions.--ARTaylor 05:03, July 12, 2016 (UTC)
I noticed that Hulk looks somewhat weird in this episode[]
His skin color is also lighter.Kintobor (talk) 17:57, August 12, 2018 (UTC)Kintobor
