After Dark Hulk tosses a tank at military vehicles, there is an aerial shot where Green Hulk is visible instead of Dark Hulk.
When Dark Hulk sets the timer bomb for 60 seconds, the clock numbers are right side up. But when Bruce cancels the sequence later, the clock reads upside down.
Throughout the whole episode Doctor Strange's fingernails are visible, even though he is wearing gloves.
