Rogue learns the true nature of the Brotherhood and tries to warn her former teammates but learns she is no longer trusted by them. But Wolverine and the others do not have a choice when they are attacked as part of a grand plan to destroy the Mutant Response Division so mutants can take over the world.
Story[]
In the Mutant Response Division Faculty, a scientist named Dr. Peterson is headed to the Omega Sector where all the most dangerous mutants are being held. The MRD troop doesn't let him through because only Colonel Moss and Dr. Kavita Rao have clearance, but Dr. Peterson knocks him out. Dr. Peterson then transforms into Colonel Moss and goes inside. There he meets Dr. Rao who is watching a mutant that's being held in a sealed box. Colonel Moss demands her to open it but can't open because it was design to never open. Colonel Moss then knocks her out. Colonel Moss walks to the sealed box was revealed to be Mystique in disguise.
Mystique informs Magneto they have a problem and needs help, inside the box is a little girl.
