Emily Thorndike was a stage actress at the Castle Theatre.
Biography[]
When it was decided that the Castle Theatre would be torn down, Thorndike partnered with Blackwell and James Boothe to save it. Blackwell used his magic to make it appear that the Castle Theatre was haunted which scared away the demolition men. Spider-Man went to investigate the haunting and was captured and held at knife point by Emily. However, Spider-Man was able to break free from his restraints. When he took away Emily and James weapons he discovered that they were only props. Blackwell explained that they only pretended to capture Spider-Man so they could show him what great actors James and Emily were and what a great magician he was. Blackwell then asked Spider-Man to help them save the Castle Theatre. With Spider-Man's help the Castle Theatre was saved.
