Electro is a criminal who can control the power of electricity.
Biography[]
Electro committed a number of robberies around New York. Spider-Man tracked Electro to his hideout at an amusement park and captured him.
Electro escaped prison and wanted to get revenge on Spider-Man. Electro drained power from the entire city to make himself more powerful. Electro proclaimed that he would only return power to the city if he was paid. Spider-Man fought Electro in Times Square and was able to defeat him and in the process return power to the city.
Noah Boddy later broke Vulture, Electro, and Green Goblin out of prison. The four of them formed a team to try and kill Spider-Man. However, Spider-Man was able to trick the four villains into fighting each other and cause their own defeat.

He was voiced by Tom Harvey on Spider-Man.

His name is Maxwell "Max" Dillon.
He got his powers when he was working as an electrical technician and was hit by lightning.
