Richard Norton Tufeld (born December 11, 1926; died January 22, 2012), credited as Dick Tufeld, was an actor who was the narrator for Fantastic Four, Spider-Woman, and Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends. He was known for doing announcer and narrator work for a number of series.

Biography[]

He was most famous as the voice of Robot on the series Lost in Space, alongside Jonathan Harris, and the 1998 film adaptation. He reprised the role for The Simpsons.

Other notable works include Space Patrol, Annie Oakley, Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, Surfside 6, The Gallant Men, The Judy Garland Show, The Milton Berle Show, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, The Time Tunnel, Thundarr the Barbarian, Two Top Bananas, SuperFriends: The Legendary Super Powers Show, Garfield and Friends, and Histeria!.
