There are two Marvel Comics characters named Destiny that did not appear in the Marvel Animated Universe. One is the personification of the concept and the other is a mutant named Irene Adler who has connections to Mystique. However, the Irene Adler version of Destiny did appear in the comic book series X-Men '92.
