Death's Head is an alien android Freelance Peacekeeping Agent.
Biography[]
Following a string of thefts on various planets by Lila Cheney, Death's Head was hired to capture her. Death's Head eventually located Lila on Earth and went there to apprehend her. As Death's Head's ship entered Earth's atmosphere S.W.O.R.D. was alerted to his presence and Abigail Brand teleported to Earth. At that time Lila was performing at a concert in Westchester, New York. As Death's Head landed at the concert, he tried to capture Lila. However, the X-Men were working security at the concert and fought Death's Head. A short while later the X-Men were joined by Abigail Brand. Abigail Brand explained to Death's Head that Lila was under S.W.O.R.D.'s protection. While everyone was distracted by Death's Head, Fabian Cortez snuck up behind Lila and enhanced her powers so much that she unwillingly teleported herself, the X-Men, Abigail Brand, and Death's Head to an alien planet.
While on this alien planet the X-Men, Lila, and Abigail Brand were attacked by the X-Brood. However, Death's Head refused to help them because he was not being paid. However, shortly afterwards it was revealed that the X-Brood didn't mean them any harm and that they only needed help getting off the planet. Death's Head agreed to help the X-Brood but told the X-Men that he would be sending them the bill for his services.
Storm was able to contact Gladiator and asked for help to return home. However, upon learning that the X-Brood were on the planet, Gladiator informed Storm that he had been ordered by Lilandra to hunt down and destroy the Brood. While Storm, Rogue, and Wolverine fought Gladiator, Death's Head, Beast, and Gambit were able to sneak onto the Shi'ar ship. Death's Head took control of the ship's laser cannon and fired on Gladiator. As everyone boarded the ship, they used it to fly back to Earth within a matter of hours. Upon realizing that he wasn't getting paid, Death's Head departed Earth.
