Hawkeye was a superhero that uses a bow and trick arrows.

Biography[]

In his old age Hawkeye was placed in a nursing home run by M.O.D.O.K. When Daken brought Logan to the nursing home Hawkeye was playing darts with Bullseye. A fight broke out between the heroes and villains and Hawkeye began choking Bullseye with his bow. However, the fight was broken up shortly afterward. ("Grumpy Old Man Logan")

In the Comics[]

In the Old Man Logan comic book story arc Hawkeye was one of the few survivors of the superhero massacre when various supervillains killed most of Earth's heroes. Those that betrayed Hawkeye included the Thunderbolts which was a government sponsored group of supervillains. When Baron Zemo killed Black Widow, he chose to spare Hawkeye to torment him.

Decades later, Hawkeye was hired by Jebediah Hammer help guard a delivery across South Dakota, in order to get the delivery on time Hammer told him to go through a canyon. Hawkeye proceeded to hunt down and kill the former members of the Thunderbolts.

Sometime later Hawkeye was blinded and traveled to the mountains of Asia to meet "Stick" to receive training which was revealed to be Matt Murdock. Barton trained with Matt for a number of years to help him compensate for the loss of his vision. However, Hawkeye could not let go of his anger and left Matt's teachings.

Hawkeye recruited Logan to help him deliver a package to New Babylon, and acted as Logan's guide across the country, ruled by infamous villains. The package was a vile of super soldier serum, but this turned out to be a trap set by supervillains. He was shot between the eyes by Tobias, who was acting as his buyer.
