Characters played Gambit

Christopher Jay Potter (born August 23, 1960) is a Canadian actor who played Gambit on X-Men and Spider-Man.

Potter actually auditioned for the first X-Men film, which did feature his co-star George Buza. He wanted to play Gambit once again feeling he had the right look and was at the right age. However, they had him audition for Cyclops who he did not want to play. He does remember briefly seeing director Bryan Singer thinking he was some fifteen year-old kid who was lost.[1]

Other notable works include War of the Worlds, Rin Tin Tin: K-9 Cop, Top Cops, Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, The Outer Limits, Final Jeopardy, Touched by an Angel, Andromeda, A Wrinkle in Time, Wild Card, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Material World, Silk Stalkings, Queer as Folk, The Pacifier, The Young and the Restless, and Heartland.
