Byrrah is Namor's cousin who secretly plotted to take his throne.
Biography[]
Byrrah was a prince of Atlantis. He was also in charge of manufacturing weapons for the Atlantean military. However, Byrrah secretly plotted to frame Namor for treason and become the king of Atlantis. Byrrah made the people of Atlantis think that Namor was a warmonger and they turned against him. Byrrah then challenged Namor to a duel of strength and the winner would be the ruler of Atlantis.
Byrrah and Namor publicly fought Namor. However, Byrrah secretly stuck Namor with a needle and the venom from the needle weakened him. Byrrah won the battle and became the new ruler of Atlantis. However, the people of Atlantis loved Namor and they began to riot when Byrrah took the throne. Because of this Byrrah used a machine he built to brainwash everyone in Atlantis into serving him.
Byrrah later allied himself with Krang and Attuma and together they captured Namor. However, Lady Dorma destroyed Byrrah's brainwashing machine and the Atlantean guards arrested Byrrah.
