At some point in the past all of the members of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, except for Magneto, were arrested and placed in prison.
Sometime later Magneto went to the National Police Chief and Warden Convention and took ever police chief and warden there hostage and demanded the release of the Brotherhood of Mutants. However, Magneto was defeated by the Spider-Friends and the Brotherhood remained in prison.

This is the first version of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants outside the comics.

This version of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants is based on the original version of the team that was led by Magneto. However, instead of Blob, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver were members.
