William Atmore II (born March 19, 1965), known as Billy Atmore and Pop Attmore, is an actor who appeared on Spider-Man as Rocket Racer in "Rocket Racer" and additional voices in "Tombstone".

He is most famous for playing Thad on Disney film Treasure of Matecumbe and a Mousketeer The New Mickey Mouse Club and The Mouseketeers at Walt Disney World.
