Balder is a powerful warrior from Asgard. He fought against the Frost Giants when Loki tried to take over. Luckily Thor arrived and stopped them and his brother.

Later, Balder joined Thor, Sif, and the Warriors Three in defending Asgard when their king Odin went into Odinsleep. However, Loki brought Hulk from Midgard and controlled him. Hulk easily defeated Balder but once again Thor saved him.

Balder was voiced by Michael Adamthwaite in Hulk vs Thor and Nolan North on The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

In the comics, Balder is the half-brother of Thor and also a son of Odin. This has not yet been specified.
