Attuma is a powerful Atlantean who tries to take over Atlantis.
Biography[]
Attuma stole the Trident of Neptune and framed Vashti for the crime. Namor left Atlantis to look for Vashti and with Namor gone, Attuma led his forces on an attack against Atlantis. Attuma and his army were too strong and Atlantis surrendered to him. Later, Namor returned to Atlantis and defeated Attuma. Since Vashti suffered the most at Attuma's hands, Namor decided to let Vashti chose Attuma's punishment. However, Vashti was merciful and decided to banish Attuma from Atlantis forever.
Attuma later returned and once again attacked Atlantis. However, Attuma was once again defeated by Namor. After this latest defeat, Attuma was determined to find a powerful weapon to defeat Namor with. A short while later Attuma's wish was answered when he found a Servo-Robot that had been abandoned by some alien race. Attuma discovered how powerful the Servo-Robot was and sent it to kill Namor. However, Lady Dorma was able to contact the aliens and they came to Atlantis and retrieved their robot. With the robot gone, Attuma and his army fled.
Attuma later allied himself with Krang and Byrrah and together they captured Namor. However, Namor was freed by Lady Dorma and he stopped Attuma, Krang and Byrrah.
Doctor Doom used his Emotion Charger to increase the hatred of various super-villains and had them attack the Allies for Peace. Attuma was one of those villains.
