Ant-Man was a series that ran only two days on June 10th and 11th, 2017 for just six episodes. It was the first to focus on Ant-Man/Scott Lang. It was mainly inspired by the Ant-Man film.
Story[]
Scott Lang tries to help his daughter Cassie with her schoolwork while helping Hank Pym and Wasp save the day from Yellowjacket as Ant-Man.
Background[]
The series was made by a French animation company. The series qualified for tax breaks by the French national film commission.[1]
Cast[]
Actor Role(s) Josh Keaton[2] Ant-Man/Scott Lang Melissa Rauch Wasp/Hope Pym Dee Bradley Baker Hank Pym Laura Baily Cassie Lang William Slayers Yellowjacket Eric Bauza Alien Leader Nolan North Exterminator Sam Riegel Egghead/Elihas Starr Fred Tatasciore Whirlwind/David Cannon
Josh Keaton reprises his role of Ant-Man from Avengers Assemble.
Keaton's favorite superhero is Spider-Man, he voiced the character on The Spectacular Spider-Man, and knew little of Ant-Man. He had to do lots of research before playing the character. While he did like the snarkiness of Paul Rudd, who played the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he sought his own interpretation of the character. He did find some crossover with Spider-Man in their styles of humor.[3]
