Felicia Hardy (Daughter)
Anastasia Hardy is a socialite, secretly the wife of criminal John Hardesky, and mother of Felicia Hardy. She is the founder and CEO of the Hardy Foundation as well as a member of OsCorp Industries board of directors.
Little is known about Anastasia's early life.
At some point she met and fell in love with John. However, he was the only person alive who knew the formula that made Captain America while also being a master criminal known as The Cat. They had a child, but in order to protect them he gave himself up to S.H.I.E.L.D. custody. This must have happened when Felicia was a young child as she was unaware of her father's criminal activities nor whereabouts.
Anastasia used the name Hardy rather than Hardesky. It is unknown if Hardy is her maiden name or an alteration of Hardesky to hide her true identity and marriage. She used her husband's stolen wealth to form the Hardy Foundation becoming a key figure in New York City society.
At some point, he foundation funded Otto Octavius who sought to form a new energy source. However, an accident grafted four metal legs to his back and he became Doctor Octopus. Octavius kidnapped a grown up Felicia for blackmail but the superhero Spider-Man saved her and stopped Octavius.
While a member of OsCorp's board, the group angered Norman Osborn. Soon after, Green Goblin kidnapped her and the rest of the board including J. Jonah Jameson and Wilson Fisk as well as Felicia's classmate Mary Jane Watson for some reason. Spider-Man arrived and stopped Green Goblin saving them.
Octavius eventually found out where Anastasia's money originally came from and blackmailed her to keep the information hidden. Eventually Felicia was kidnapped and Spider-Man went to rescue her. Felicia returned with an elderly John. Despite being reunited for such a short time, John had to leave in order to protect them. John left with Spider-Man and returned to S.H.I.E.L.D. custody.
Her name was changed from Lydia to Anastasia for unknown reasons. Perhaps it is because Anastasia comes from the Greek word anastasis meaning resurrection, appropriate given the change of her family history.
In the Comics
Her first name was Lydia.
Lydia and Felicia did not live well after John was captured.
