Alicia Masters is a blind sculptress.
Biography[]
Alicia believed that her father, the Puppet Master, had given up his criminal career. However, Puppet Master had only stopped his criminal career because at the time he had run out of Atomic Clay.
Bruce Banner hired Alicia to make a sculpture of Betty Ross as a birthday present for her. However, when Alicia saw that Rio was acting strange, she realized that the Puppet Master was up to his old tricks again. However, Puppet Master was later stopped by the Hulk

This is the first version of Alicia Masters outside the comics.
In the comics Puppet Master is Alicia's stepfather. However, in The Incredible Hulk, Alicia referrers to Puppet Master as her father.
