Biography[]
Adolf Hitler started World War II. The Red Skull was his second in command. During World War II, Hitler and the Nazis clashed several times with Captain America. However, in 1945 the Allied Forces won World War II and defeated Adolf Hitler and the Nazis. Before the end of the war, Hitler had hid a treasure that consisted of new and powerful weapons. In the present Red Skull searched for this treasure but was stopped by the Spider-Friends and Hiawatha Smith.

This is one of only two times in Marvel animation that Adolf Hitler has actually appeared, the first being The Marvel Super Heroes. In all other Marvel animated series set during World War II, Hitler is usually only alluded to. Because Hitler was such a terrible person Nazis and Hitler are typically avoided in children's cartoons. However, because of the clear depiction of Hitler, Nazis, swastikas and the use of the phrase "Heil Hitler" in "The Quest of the Red Skull" this episode is kept out of syndication
