Biography[]
Requiring beta testers for his new Motendo game, Mojo created multiple digital replicas of Jubilation Lee and Roberto de Costa to test the game before launch. Before the beta version was shut down by Mojo, one of Jubilee's replicas figured a glitch and hacked herself out of the beta and escaped into Mojo's servers. Due to relative time passage within the game, she had managed to play its levels, based on her own life, inside and out countless times, acquiring deep knowledge both of the game as well as her own powers and taking on the name Abscissa.
When the real Jubilee and Roberto were pulled into the game for its public launch, Abscissa aided the two of them, helping them to advance through the levels as Mojo was furious at not being able to squish her. Finally, Abscissa hacked Jubilee and Roberto out of the game server and into the broadcast server, where she revealed her face and history and explained them what was going on. Mojo soon entered into the game himself, and Abscissa teamed up with Roberto and her younger self to defeat him, which freed the two of them from the game. The fate of Abscissa herself after the game was shut down remains unknown.
